Terms of Service
Effective 9 October 2026
The short version: you can top up an in-game naira balance from ₦1,000 and spend it on entries and fashion. Your balance is for use in the game only, has no cash value and can't be withdrawn. Be kind to other players.
1. Who we are
Glamour Girls ("the game", "we", "us") is a fashion and styling game operated by Glamour Girls. By playing the game or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
2. Who can play
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases. They are responsible for purchases made on your account.
3. Your account and username
- You sign in with your email address. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open your sign-in emails can use your account.
- Your username is public. It must not impersonate someone else, be offensive, hateful or sexual, or include personal information like phone numbers.
- We may change or remove a username that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that cheat, abuse other players or misuse payments.
4. Your naira balance, entries and items
- You can top up an in-game balance shown in naira (from ₦1,000) and spend it on challenge and Glam Battle entries and on items such as outfits, hair and gele. You can also earn balance in the game, for example by voting, completing missions or winning prizes.
- Your balance and items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They are not money or a deposit, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred to another account, exchanged for cash or withdrawn. Prizes are paid as in-game balance or items, never as cash.
- Glam Battles (including live rooms) and challenges include looks from Glamour Girls' own house stylists alongside players' looks. House stylists vote in live rooms but never take prizes.
- Prices are shown before you pay. We may change prices or the items on offer in the future; this does not affect items you already own.
- We may adjust balances to correct errors, bugs or fraud, for example balance credited by mistake or from a payment that was reversed.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Bachs. We don't see or store your full card details. Your payment may also be subject to the provider's terms.
6. Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts, attack or overload the game, or try to access other players' accounts or data. If you find a bug, especially one involving your balance, please report it to [email protected].
7. Our content
The game, its characters, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors. Some artwork is created with the help of AI tools. You may share screenshots and images of your looks for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Changes and availability
We're constantly improving the game, so features may change. We may also pause or end the game. If we permanently shut down the game, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game and will handle unspent paid balance as described in the Refund Policy.
9. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the game before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new Terms.
