If Lagos Life won't load, this helps you tell whether the game is down for everyone or just for you — and what to try. Last manual check: 12 October 2026 — we are an independent guide and don't monitor the game's servers live.
- Try another network. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data — a flaky connection is the most common cause.
- Hard-refresh / clear cache. Reload, or clear the site data in your browser, then open the game fresh.
- Try another browser or device. Rules out a local glitch in your current setup.
- Check social. If many players are posting about an outage at the same time, it's the game — and it usually comes back after a fix.
What an outage does and doesn't cost you
Outages on fast-growing games are common and usually temporary. Your account and in-game items are tied to your login, not to the device, so you don't lose them. When the game returns, sign back in and your progress is where you left it.

Is Lagos Life down right now?
We don't monitor live. If it's not loading, rule out your side first (another network, hard refresh, another device), then check whether other players are reporting the same.
Will I lose my progress or items in an outage?
No — your save and items live on your account, not your device. Sign back in after the outage and everything is where you left it.
